Vaughn Miles is a Reentry Coach. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Richmond, California, he overcame extraordinary challenges to get to where he is today. After two decades of incarceration, where he transformed his life and gained valuable skills and certifications as a rape crisis counselor, violence prevention counselor, and hospice caretaker, Vaughn went on to work with at-risk youth. He also produced a documentary showcasing individuals empowered to overcome adversity. His deep understanding of the criminal justice system and passion for supporting others strengthens his commitment to seeing justice-impacted members reenter society successfully and also achieve their goals. Vaughn’s unique blend of personal and professional experience enables him to provide guidance, support, and hope to those seeking not a second chance, but rather their first.
