Who We Serve
The Reentry Success Center serves individuals who are justice-impacted. What we mean by “justice-impacted” is anyone, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, and religion, who has ever served time in jail, prison, or both.
In Custody
The Center serves individuals who are in custody through our Staying Connected Program. This applies to justice-impacted individuals serving time in state prison and justice-impacted individuals serving time in county jail. We help individuals find immediate stability upon release and work with individuals to create their individualized goal-oriented reentry plan. We also conduct visits to in-custody individuals and provide them with parole board support letters, if needed.
Out of Custody
The Center has a dedicated and knowledgable team of coaches. They offer guidance and provide support towards accessing resources and services under our Eight Domains of Well-Being.

Reentry Community
We co-produce the Reentry VOICE, a quarterly newspaper, with our partners The Reentry Network @ HealthRight 360, Contra Costa County Office of Reentry and Justice, and Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office. The newspaper is distributed in print and digital formats inside Contra Costa County’s detention facilities. It is also distributed throughout the reentry community.
